Job Description As the first and last person most owners and guests will encounter, you will provide a lasting impression on the VI Resorts by Westgate experience while offering excellent customer service at all times. As a Front Desk Agent, you will: Welcome owners and guests while managing the complete registration process, including check-ins, check-outs, issuing keys, and using property management system Answer telephone and courtesy calls in a professional, friendly, and timely manner Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining options, and resort activities to enhance the overall guest experience Share VI program information and assist owners with reservation confirmations, as requested Coordinate guest service requests by communicating with maintenance and housekeeping teams, and follow up to ensure timely completion Maintain and update service request logs and related databases Manage operational files, data entry, and routine filing tasks Handle petty cash transactions and accurately balance cash banks Encourage owners and guests to complete the YOC (Your Opinion Counts) survey to support continuous service improvements Work independently while staying organized, focused, and efficient with minimal supervision Qualifications Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required Experience handling cash, credit card transactions, or point-of-sale systems is helpful Comfortable using phones and basic computer systems Additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus High school diploma or GED required; related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable Friendly, professional, and clear communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused in fast-paced or high-pressure situations Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds Additional Information Why Westgate?
