In this role, you will efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs while delivering exceptional customer serviceGreets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests, issuing room keys.Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.Computes bills, collects payments, and makes changes for guests.Ability to listen to and find solutions for guests’ challengesTo perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
