JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member who is available to work on weekends, holidays, and some weekdays. This role includes the following key responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and welcoming customers
  • Leading facility tours for guests
  • Managing the employee schedule for the upcoming week
  • Retaining and accurately recalling all company information
  • Operating our custom POS system to book parties
  • Keeping detailed records and following up with customers regarding their reservations
  • Processing payments and upselling party packages
  • Handling basic social media tasks
  • Performing light cleaning and upkeep to maintain the facility
  • Managing credit card transactions
  • Responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, requests, and bookings
  • Ensuring seamless party operations, managing staff, and engaging with customers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Excellent memory retention and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • A genuine love for working with children
