Description Cragun's Resort on beautiful Gull Lake is seeking an energetic and customer service-oriented Front Desk Assistant Manager! This role provides day-to-day oversight of Front Desk operations and supervises staff to ensure a consistently high level of guest service. A high performer in this role loves and can deliver extraordinary customer service and has the vision to launch our Guest Services and Concierge offerings to new heights. Core Duties and Responsibilities: Development and leadership of the concierge service, including: establishing service standards, creating resources, training team members, and more Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and ongoing supervision of front desk staff Provide outstanding guest service and oversee efficient and accurate registration and billing Review staff shift checklists for accountability Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and service standards Enforce attendance, uniform, and appearance standards Operate front office computer systems, reporting, and troubleshooting Monitor VIP guests and special requests Maintain timely follow-up in ALICE for guest and staff communication Monitor lobby activity to ensure guests are acknowledged and assisted in a timely manner Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements Previous supervisory or front desk experience is a plus Strong leadership and motivational skills Organized, personable, and enthusiastic Enjoys working with people of all ages (both domestic and international staff) Knowledge of office equipment and systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Commitment to customer service and employee relations Must be at least 18 years of age Flexible schedule availability is a must, and be able to accommodate primarily 11am -7pm & 3pm -11pm Weekends & Various Holidays are required $18+ hr based on experience Full Time Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Supplemental Life Insurance(s) offerings Competitive PTO Package 401k with discretionary match Incredible resort and Legacy Golf Course discounts Discounts on Lodging, Dining, Marina Rentals, Gull Lake Cruises and more Fun and energetic work environment!
