Vacatia is seeking a dedicated Assistant Front Desk Manager to help lead our front desk operations, deliver outstanding service, and ensure every guest feels welcome from check-in to check-out. In this role, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to oversee daily operations, guide and support team members, and collaborate with other departments to keep our resort running smoothly. From resolving guest concerns to optimizing occupancy and revenue, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable vacation experiences. What You’ll Do: Supervise and motivate front desk team members to provide exceptional guest service. Manage schedules, track attendance, and assist with employee coaching and performance feedback. Handle guest concerns with professionalism, offering solutions that enhance their stay. Support budgeting, financial reviews, and operational improvements to drive efficiency. Oversee VIP check-ins, ensure supplies are stocked, and maintain front desk readiness. Be a resource for resort information, from room layouts to special packages and promotions. Step in to assist other departments during busy times to maintain top-tier service. Requirements What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or business education preferred. 3+ years of hospitality experience; timeshare or resort background is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to multitask and adapt in a high-energy environment.
