Responsibilities
  • Reports to Front Office Manager
  • Competent in all facets of Guest Services operations and procedures, inclusive of night audit.
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Will participate in our On Duty program.
  • Keep strong communications between all resort departments to achieve maximum efficiency and maintain the resorts mission and vision statements.
  • Assist with the initial and ongoing training, coaching, and counseling of all associates
  • Responsible for managing reservation special requests and extended stay transfer avoidance.
  • Assist in creating exchange reservations and allotment blocks.
  • Assist department had with staff evaluations and administer performance appraisals in a timely manner.
  • Assist in monthly Department meetings and training.
  • Exercise cash control tracking and financial accuracy with daily shift revenue for front desk as well as maintaining accurate safe counts.
  • Continuing effort to develop new ideas to ensure further growth, profitability and efficiency within the resort.
  • Responsible for completing purchase and check requests within budgeted guidelines.
  • Perform different administrative duties including but not limited to filing, updating records, etc.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
