The ideal candidate demonstrates patience, discretion, and understanding while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced medical office. Position Summary The Front Office Representative plays a vital role in patient engagement by managing check-in and check-out processes, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate patient records. This position serves as the first point of contact and helps set the tone for each patient’s care experience.
