We’re looking for a Front Desk Rockstar who will be the heartbeat of our facility, obsessed with knowing our members by name, cheering on their wins (from 20-yard dashes to home runs), and creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels like part of the team. If you love sports and fitness, thrive in high-energy environments, and light up when connecting with people of all ages, we want you on our team. What You’ll Do Be the first smile and the last high-five for every member and parent who walks through our doors. Build genuine connections — know our athletes’ teams, their PRs, their number of hits in the last ballgame, and celebrate their wins big and small. Answer questions, check in members, and support them with class bookings, appointments, and program info. Keep our front desk and facility organized, clean, and fully stocked (drinks, gear, and energy included). Assist with social media content by capturing photos and videos of our athletes in action. Occasionally attend community events. Schedule: Weekday evenings (typically 4–8pm) Occasional Saturday mornings Additional hours as needed for special events We’re Looking for Someone Who… · Is outgoing, approachable, and genuinely interested in people — from 7-year-old rookies to their parents and our adult athletes. · Loves fitness and sports, and thrives in a high-energy environment. · Reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking. · A team player who’s eager to contribute and quick to learn.
