D1, an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up is coming to the Brighton area. With a membership that is growing every day, individuals are needed to support our daily operations. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for phone and email communications, coordination of member bookings, and outreach to prospective clientele. This is a part-time position with an expectation of approximately 20-25 hours per week of work. Work hours are flexible, with options for both mornings and afternoon/evenings. Responsibilities Contribute to our welcoming, supportive atmosphere by serving as the "face of D1" when athletes enter the facility. Making outbound calls daily to prospective athletes with an emphasis on responsiveness and value. Making sure all communications with current and prospective athletes are logged and managed correctly. Provide accurate and beneficial information to athletes about D1 services to ensure we are providing optimal supports to meet their goals. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years in sales. 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
