Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to members and guests
  • Assists with re-stocking products and assist clients with product sales and returns.
  • Assist in daily studio cleaning and maintenance.
  • Support our Estis to ensure a successful check-in and check-out process.
  • Support members and guests skin care goals by explaining, recommending, and selling skin care products and services
  • Advise members and guests on the best at-home skincare regimen, which includes explaining the benefits of regular facials and our monthly Collective Membership
  • Provide excellent customer service to all Collective members, guests, and team members
  • Convert guests to members
  • Maintain facial collective’s studio vibe and our distinct atmosphere and culture
