Henritze Dental Group is a patient-centered dental practice committed to providing exceptional dental care in a friendly, welcoming environment. The Front Desk Associate is a detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate individual and is the first point of contact for our patients to help ensure a smooth and positive experience for every visit. Requirements Greet patients and all visitors warmly and ensure a welcoming and professional front desk environment Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars for dental providers Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history updates Process payments, issue receipts, and handle billing inquiries Maintain accurate patient records in our dental software system (Denticon) Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines Handle patient concerns with professionalism and direct issues to appropriate team members Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or dental certifications a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities Professional demeanor and a customer-service mindset Previous experience in a dental or medical front office preferred Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance processes Proficiency in dental software systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
