QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in multiple languages preferred
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management systems
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems preferred
  • Previous hotel experience is a plus
