Sales with us is really just talking to people, if you can do that the rest is easy. Great candidates can include those who love skincare, body work, have a history with low pressure sales, customer interaction and those in retail, hospitality, fast food and similar that want to a change of pace and have somewhere that they can learn and grow for a long time. We have low turnover with a light hearted, kind and fun team that everyone loves to work with. You don't have to be friends with everyone but you should always be kind and courteous with everyone. Nobody here is trying to one up anyone, we are all working towards the same goals. Job Duties include: - Checking clients in and out of sessions - Scheduling appointments - Understanding and explaining all services to members and guests - Account assistance - Updating payment methods - Processing new membership sign ups - Laundry and general clinic cleaning/upkeep daily - Client follow ups (not sales calls) - Assisting service providers with upgrades and other needs *ME SPE Franchising, LLC (“ME SPE”) is a national franchisor of independently owned and operated franchised locations.
