Motu Massage is currently seeking dynamic Front End Associates to join our growing team. We’re looking for individuals with engaging personalities reminiscent of the hospitality industry, much like baristas. While prior experience in selling memberships (such as gym or tanning) is a plus, we are willing to train individuals who exhibit a positive, professional attitude and are ready to deliver exceptional customer service. The primary focus of this role is customer service, and it offers competitive hourly pay along with performance-based bonuses.

Position Overview: As a Front End Associate, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our spa, interacting with clients from their initial phone call to the completion of their visit. Your role is akin to that of a Spa Ambassador, and we expect you to leave a lasting positive impression on every guest. Key responsibilities include:

• Warmly welcoming and assisting clients during check-in and check-out processes, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and building rapport with each guest.
• Effectively educating and promoting spa memberships, enhancements, gift cards, and future appointments to clients.
• Providing support to ensure the smooth operation of the spa, catering to therapist needs.
• Maintaining a positive and composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for weekend and evening shifts is a requirement.
• This position typically involves 20-30 hours of work per week, depending on business demand and individual performance.

Compensation: This is a performance-driven role, and we provide training for individuals who possess outstanding interpersonal skills. High-performing Front End Associates can expect to earn an average of up to $17 per hour, factoring in both hourly pay and bonuses. Bonuses for Selling membership.

REQUIREMENTS:
