JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include managing guest inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the front desk operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest services.

SKILLS

  • Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
  • Previous hotel or resort experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing front desk operations.
