Role Profile
Metro PHX Living SPE Hospitality has been seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Assocaite to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
  • Process reservations and cancellations using hotel management software.
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
  • Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address guest concerns.

Skills

  • Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
  • Proven ability in guest relations and providing outstanding guest services.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
