Description Job Type: Part-time (16–20 hours/week, varies by need) Pay: $14.00–$16.00/hour Schedule: Shifts vary — 7:00 am–3:00 pm or 3:00 pm–11:00 pm; weekends and some holidays required Perks/Benefits: Employee discount / Marriott discounts (and benefits as applicable) Position Summary We are seeking a friendly and dependable Front Desk Associate to support daily guest service operations. This role handles check-in/check-out, payments, guest requests, and basic reporting while maintaining hotel standards and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Process guest check-ins: verify identity and payment, assign rooms, issue keys Set up accurate guest accounts; enter Marriott Rewards information Ensure rates match market codes and document exceptions Secure payment before issuing keys; verify/adjust billing Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists Complete cashier and closing reports; balance, drop receipts Count and secure the bank at the beginning and end of the shift Process all payment types, vouchers, charges, and payouts Provide directions and property information, coordinate guest requests with staff Follow company policies and accounting procedures; obtain manual authorizations when needed Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; protect company assets Use phones with proper etiquette; enter/locate information using computers/POS systems Stand/walk for extended periods; move/lift up to 10 lbs. as needed Perform other reasonable duties as assigned Requirements Front desk experience (1 year preferred) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Work authorization: United States (required) Apply online or in person today!
