JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a personable, energetic, and fun Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests. The ideal candidate will have great people skills, a passion for sport and/or pickleball, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

  • Attention to detail in both customer service and transactions
  • Basic computer and POS system skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
  • Handle filing and organization of documents to maintain an efficient office environment.
  • Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative tasks.
  • Assist with bookkeeping duties as required, including basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks.
  • Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, especially in a medical or dental office setting.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the front desk area.
