Travelodge by Wyndham Stony Plain - Front Desk Associate
Location: 74 Boulder Blvd
Stony Plain, AB T7Z1V7

Required Availability:

  • Approximately 16 - 24 hours a week, weekends and or weeknights, eight hour shifts
  • Front desk associate hours: 3 pm to 11 pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings

Your qualifications:

  • Mature and honest
  • Proficient using computer programs
  • Accurate math/arithmetic skills
  • Must have a positive work attitude
  • Must be a team player with other staff and management
  • Clear communication skills with customers and staff
  • Able to stand throughout one’s shift
  • Be able to work in a fast pace environment

Your job duties:

  • Balancing day end numbers
  • Accurate use of data to be applied to day end spreadsheet
  • Proper greeting and simple conversation with customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Checking in and checking out guests
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately
  • Assisting guests to make their stay comfortable and hospitable
  • Light cleaning of front reception area to maintain hotel cleanliness
  • Ensure the security of the hotel premise during the night
