What You'll Do From answering phones, helping with customer questions, handing out a lot of bandaids, or keeping our workspace organized, you'll be doing a bit of everything to keep things running smoothly. Greet and assist families with a smile Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person Provide support with sign-ups and scheduling Keep our space tidy and organized Help with inventory and computer tasks Be a team player and bring that positive energy every day What We're Looking For We're after someone who's all about creating positive experiences. Responsibilities
