Front Desk Attendants are responsible for creating a welcoming environment, clear communication with guests and team members, and helping daily operations run smoothly. Requirements What we need from you Communication skills as guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math and computer skills Sales skills- having the ability to convince a potential guest to book a room will be key to this position (Sales training will be provided)
