Description Position Summary: We are seeking a professional, highly collaborative, and bilingual Front Desk Attendant to serve as the welcoming face and operational anchor of our main office. This role requires an individual who excels in high-volume communication, possesses strong interpersonal diplomatic skills, and maintains a consistently pleasant, supportive, and solution-oriented demeanor with internal staff, field personnel, and external visitors. A strong candidate will seamlessly balance front-facing reception duties with critical, detail-oriented administrative back-office support. Responsibilities: Front Desk & Communication First Impression Management: Greet all employees, workers, vendors, and visitors with a welcoming, positive, and professional attitude. Multilingual Workforce Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for our diverse team, effectively communicating and translating workflows for Spanish-speaking personnel. Inbound Call Routing: Responsibly and efficiently answer incoming phone calls, field inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate departments. Office Administration & Facility Support Mail & Logistics Management: Receive, sort, log, and distribute all incoming mail, packages, and deliveries daily. Office Supply Optimization: Inventory, order, organize, and restock office and breakroom supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Workspace Upkeep: Maintain a tidy, orderly, and professional presentation of the lobby, reception desk, and common administrative areas. Financial & Administrative Reconciliation Credit Card Tracking: Oversee and meticulously track company credit card receipts, ensuring proper documentation, coding, and alignment for accounting reconciliation. Data Entry & Support: Assist with clerical projects, documentation filing, and data entry supporting the broader accounting and HR workflows. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish is highly preferred to support our worker demographics. Interpersonal Excellence: Demonstrated track record of being highly approachable, emotionally intelligent, and conflict-averse. Must maintain a pleasant, professional composure under pressure. Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, specifically regarding document tracking (such as credit card logs and administrative files). Technical Aptitude: Experience working with basic office tech, multi-line phone systems, and productivity software (Excel/Word). Dependability: Punctual and reliable adherence to shift structure (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM). Compensation: $22/hr PTO/Sick Pay Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance Paid Holidays
