Main Responsibilities: * Greets guests and owners on arrival. * Check in/out guests. * Generates folio and collects payments. * Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel. * Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information. * Answering phones and directing calls. The Front Desk Agent will greet guests and owners, manage check-in/check-out processes, generate folios, collect payments, and handle incoming requests for housekeeping and maintenance.
