What will I be doing? As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be: * Greeting guests and owners on arrival. * Checking in/out guests. * Generating folios and collecting payments. * Receiving housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacting appropriate departmental personnel. * Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies, including preparing arrival packets and area information. * Answering phones and directing calls. * Other duties as assigned. What are we looking for? * To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: * Proficient English Language * Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands. * 6-month Customer Service Experience * Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Preferred, but not required * Experience as a Front Desk/Guest Services Agent. * Cash/Credit card transactions. * Background in Resort Hospitality or related industries.
