Description:

EDUCATION:

Minimum completion of High School.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3 months of related experience. Successful completion of Health & Safety, Workplace Harassment and other mandatory training required.

SKILLS:

Knowledge of StarRez, Onity-Integra, Maximo, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Lotus Notes/Outlook, Point of Sale Terminal, telephone, photocopier.
Effective customer service skills.
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate with others to explain and share information.
Ability to exercise judgement and decision making.
Ability to work both independently and on a team.
Ability to meet deadlines and organize time effectively.

Responsibilities:

The Front Desk Clerk provides front desk support to Housing and Conference Services, under the direction of the Manager, Accommodation & Conference Services.
