Description LivINN Hotels are currently seeking two friendly, dependable Part-Time Front Desk Associates to join our hotel team in Fridley MN. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Employment Type: Part-Time Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour Available Schedules Position 1: Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Position 2: Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Saturday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Benefits: Supplemental benefits, MN Earned Safe & Sick Time, 401k and 401k match. Requirements Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally during check-in and check-out Answer phones and respond to guest questions and requests Handle reservations, payments, and cash transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area Communicate with housekeeping and management to ensure guest satisfaction Complete laundry duties. Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills and attention to detail Experience with Jonas a plus Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs if needed High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass a Kari Koskinen background check Why Join Us?
