Luxury Psychiatry and Medical Spa is looking for a front desk clerk at our Chicago location! We are looking for exceptional employees who can work with adult psychiatry patients. The practice is open 7 days a week. Luxury Psychiatry and Medical Spa wants patients to feel “beautiful on the inside and out.” The company was started in Chicago and was the first practice to include this unique boutique psychiatry concept.

The Medical Assistant will directly support a staff psychiatrist and clinical staff. The individual in this role will assist the staff psychiatrist and psychologists with the physical health of patients. The candidate in this role should be highly detail-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal skills. In addition to answering phones and filling out paperwork, the job of the Medical Assistant includes conducting psychiatric assessments and administering medication treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Tend to psychiatric patients in private practice.
  • Assist psychiatrists during conferences and consultations.
  • Assist with diagnostic testing.
  • Assist patients in treatment and compliance.
  • Follow instructions from psychiatrists.
  • Document patient information.
  • Educate patients about treatment and medication.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
