  • Effective phone etiquette for handling calls professionally.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and basic office software applications.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors / customers upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Determine visitors needs and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Direct visitors to the correct person or sales team member.
  • Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Keep reception area clean & neat at all times.
  • Maintain the office filing and scanning as instructed for customer’s invoices and vendors invoices.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as updating customer information, and maintaining records.
  • Support all departments as necessary, especially the sales team and accounting as necessary.
