OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be proficient in phone systems, and have a passion for creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles, preferably at a hotel front desk.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.

    Pay: From $17.20 per hour

  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
  • Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing.
  • Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests during night hours.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
  • Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information as needed.
