As a Front Desk Clerk, you will, Shift: Day or Swings | Pay: $16.00 per hour Efficiently and effectively check guests in and out, provide information about property events, understand guest requests and respond to guest needs. Process guest payments and accounts upon checkout in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner aligned with internal controls. Answer internal and external calls in order to answer questions, direct calls or provide general information. Operate AS/400 hotel computer system, credit card machine and other office equipment. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. This position will require you to be standing during the duration of your shift. You will also be required to help assist with guests and their check-in needs. BRING US YOUR BEST. Applicant must be 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Prior cash handling is preferred Basic computer and math skills are required and the ability to operate POS systems is strongly preferred Flexibility to varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is strongly preferred Ability to maintain a high level of energy, confidence, and professionalism is strongly preferred STAY IN THE GAME. Responsibilities

The Front Desk Clerk will efficiently check guests in and out, provide property information, understand and respond to guest needs, and accurately process payments and accounts upon checkout. This role also involves answering internal and external calls and operating the AS/400 hotel computer system and other office equipment.
