JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
  • Strong customer service background with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.

  • Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting and record-keeping.
  • Maintain front desk operations by keeping the area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality through excellent phone etiquette and guest relations.
