We’re currently seeking a confident and experienced Head Supervisor – Front Desk Concierge to lead and support our front desk team at a high-end condominium located in Toronto, ON.
As the Front Desk Concierge Head Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing concierge operations, ensuring consistent service delivery, supporting site staff, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for residents, guests, and management. You will act as the main point of contact for both our site team and client representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of front desk concierge or customer service experience
  • Minimum 3 year in a supervisory or leadership role (security or hospitality preferred)
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • First Aid & CPR/AED Level C certificate
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working in luxury residential or condo settings is an asset
  • Professional appearance, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism
  • Must be available for evening/weekend coverage as required
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support front desk concierge staff across multiple shifts
  • Act as a liaison between the property management and security team
  • Train new concierge staff and ensure proper onboarding procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections and performance evaluations
  • Handle incident reports, resident concerns, and emergency response coordination
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and site contacts
  • Prepare and submit daily reports and incident reports to the property management
