JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Concierge/Security to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our residents, clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome and efficient service. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication.

Responsibilities
  • Identifies and clarifies residents’ needs and desires; answers questions; gives directions and instructions; develops inventories of services.
  • Works independently, with minimized supervision.
  • Assists in investigations, tape/log reviews for any unusual incidents.
  • Helps Property Manager with any special requests, i.e. administrative work, mailings, etc.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.
  • Monitors Emergency Response System.
  • Greets and directs residents, guests and invitees.
  • Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
  • Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitors and controls access to the building.
  • Maintains daily log, records and forms.
  • Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
  • Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
  • Maintains guest privacy and organization reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Follows safety and access control procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
