• Telecommunications Systems: Knowledge of operating telephone systems, including handling multiple lines and transferring calls, is crucial. The candidate should be able to manage phone calls professionally and efficiently.

EXPERIENCE:

• Customer Service: Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable. The ideal candidate should have a proven history of success in providing exceptional service and managing customer interactions effectively.
• Hospitality or Front Desk: Experience working in a hospitality or front desk position is beneficial. The candidate should have a strong understanding of front desk operations and best practices for managing a welcoming and efficient reception area.
• Senior Living Experience: Experience working in a senior living or healthcare setting is advantageous. The candidate should have a proven ability to build positive relationships with residents and their families, address their concerns promptly and effectively, and ensure their satisfaction with the community’s services.
• Administrative Support: Experience in providing administrative support, including managing appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records, is valuable. The candidate should be capable of managing front desk administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

As a Front Desk Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, their families and visitors as they arrive at our facility. This position will initiate the Stonemont experience and facilitate the smooth delivery of service and information as it relates to resident needs.
