Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors. This role is essential to daily community operations, providing information, coordinating communication, and supporting both residents and staff to ensure a welcoming and well-run environment. Our concierge team plays a vital role in shaping first impressions and creating meaningful daily experiences. This position is ideal for someone kind, patient, highly organized, and committed to providing exceptional service while building strong relationships with residents, families, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome visitors, guests, and vendors and connect them with the appropriate resident or staff member * Receive, log, and organize incoming packages and deliveries * Assist residents with day-to-day questions related to activities, transportation, building operations, and general services * Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments * Utilize multiple computer programs including security platforms, resident notification systems, email, and spreadsheets (training provided) * Support the Community Life team  * Complete evening “closing procedures” (PM shift), including securing designated areas, sending end-of-shift reports to leadership, and tidying the concierge desk * Communicate with the care team via walkie-talkie regarding resident requests and medication deliveries Qualifications: * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills * Comfortable using technology and learning new systems * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask * Professional communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to remain calm and responsive in a fast-paced environment * Experience in hospitality, customer service, or senior living preferred * Available weekends and holidays.
