We are seeking Part-Time and Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator with direct experience in an aesthetic or regenerative medicine clinic. This is a client-facing role that requires strong presentation, excellent communication, and genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet patients with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Manage phone calls, scheduling, intake, and EMR documentation
  • Support providers with treatment coordination and patient flow
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, payments, and client follow-ups
