Overview:
The Front Desk Coordinator shall make sure that all customers and visitors, by telephone or on-site contact, receive prompt, professional and courteous treatment, thereby leaving a first and lasting positive impression of our organization.
Additionally, the Front Desk Coordinator has the responsibility on handling non-inventory accounts payables in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; two years related experience and/or training in Accounts Receivable and/or Reception, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
