We’re currently seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. This individual plays a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience from the moment customers enter our showroom. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Hall Imports is a family-owned Volkswagen and Mazda dealership with over 100 years of automotive excellence. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner. Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member (Sales, Service, Finance, etc.). Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately. Maintain a clean and inviting front desk and showroom area. Support the sales and management teams with administrative tasks as needed. Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and general inquiries. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dealership experience. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service, receptionist, or administrative role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning dealership software Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY!
