Description Position Overview: Kiefer Automotive Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role combines front office responsibilities with light accounting and administrative support. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Manage daily front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area Handle accounts receivable tasks Perform check receipting and accurately record transactions Provide light accounting support, including data entry and reconciliation assistance Prepare and send overnight packages on a daily basis Assist with general administrative tasks and office coordination as needed Qualifications: Previous front desk, administrative, or office experience preferred Basic knowledge of accounting principles or experience with AR is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work independently Benefits: Paid time off (PTO) for vacation, personal, and sick days.
