Your day will be a blend of administrative coordination, client interactions, and creative endeavors. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless client journey, from warmly greeting them upon arrival to setting follow-up appointments as they leave. You will maintain immaculate records, answer queries via phone/email, schedule appointments, and handle payments. Additionally, you will assist the owner as directed, to ensure the growth and flow of the business. Capturing and creating social media content through various media such as photography, Canva, CapCut, while maintaining and updating Shopify and the website is required.
