Responsibilities: ✔ Manage patient scheduling for consultations, treatments, and follow-ups using dental scheduling software (Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental). ✔ Handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all required paperwork is completed and filed correctly. ✔ Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries about treatments, office policies, and appointment availability. ✔ Maintain accurate patient records in the dental management system, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. ✔ Coordinate with the team (dentists, dental assistants, and treatment coordinators) to ensure smooth patient flow. ✔ Confirm appointments and provide pre- and post-treatment instructions to patients. ✔ Keep the front office organized and welcoming, ensuring a professional and friendly patient experience. Qualifications: ✔ High school diploma or equivalent. ✔ Experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role (preferred). ✔ Proficiency in dental office software (Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental). ✔ Strong communication and customer service skills, with a patient-first attitude. ✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy front office. ✔ Ability to work collaboratively while independently handling patient interactions.
