We are looking for a bilingual, polished, and sales-savvy Front Desk Coordinator to become the face of our brand.
Position Overview:
This is more than just a receptionist position – as our Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and an integral part of their experience. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about the aesthetics industry, and can confidently promote treatments, skincare, and special promotions while managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and check in clients, ensuring a five-star experience from start to finish.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Educate clients on our menu of services, including injectables, facials, laser treatments, and our exclusive SkinCeuticals skincare line.
  • Drive revenue by recommending and upselling services and retail products.
  • Process payments, maintain accurate client records, and handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a med spa, dermatology office, or aesthetic clinic.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED.
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures and skincare treatments.
  • Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Experience with booking software such as Vagaro, Aesthetic Record, or similar is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
