Responsibilities Include: Managing a schedule of high-end clientele, placing purchase orders for retail and supplies, working with clients to ensure a seamless salon experience, giving salon tours, handling customer transactions, navigating customer concerns, and assisting the team in maintaining a spotless workplace
Required: Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Experience
Preferred: Proficient in MS Office, Associates Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management
Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday ( 40 Hours)
$1000 bonus on the second year anniversay
