Responsibilities:

As the front desk coordinator/receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. From managing reservations and answering inquiries to coordinating guest requests and assisting with administrative tasks, you will play a vital role in creating memorable stays for our guests, both day and night.
Key responsibilities
Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
Coordinate guest requests, including room service, transportation, and special arrangements, to enhance their overall experience.
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining guest records and files.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during their stay.
Maintain a clean and organised front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
Qualifications and experience
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably as a front desk receptionist or coordinator.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office and reservation systems.
Flexibility to workday and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
