Regal Grooming Lounge (RGL), in the Heritage District of downtown Vancouver, offers professional men a lifestyle grooming experience- trendy haircuts, hot-towel shaves, eyebrow shaping, facial, grey blending, and more. We are seeking a P/T Guest Services Coordinator to join our great team.

Your duties will include:

  • Book appointments on our reservation system
  • Optimize schedule
  • Welcome clients, confirm reservations, and check them in
  • Offer clients a beverage
  • Take first time clients on a tour of the shop, explain all the services and perks of RGL
  • Process payments and reconcile daily sales
  • Assist staff as needed
  • Support with social media needs
  • Help maintain inventory
  • Help maintain a spotless working environment. You will be the first person a client meets in our service-driven business.
