What You’ll Do As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will provide professional, high-quality customer service while maintaining efficient front desk operations. You will also play a key role in encouraging patients to complete their prescribed plan of care — helping them stay consistent and achieve their goals. Daily Responsibilities Include: Greet all patients professionally and enthusiastically Maintain a clean and organized workstation Check in patients and mark no-shows promptly according to clinic grace periods Schedule all patient appointments in accordance with clinic scheduling guidelines Confirm next-day evaluations Work all no-shows daily Maintain full schedules by filling all available appointment times Collect co-pays (credit card, debit card, cash, check) Enter payments into WebPT, PayJunction, and QuickBooks Monitor the waiting room to ensure no patients are overlooked Answer all incoming calls while maintaining consistent call volume Complete all incoming voicemails within 24 hours Document clear and comprehensive notes in patient charts Manage the lost patient log, payment log, waitlist, and website appointment requests Perform additional duties as assigned Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
