We’re looking for a Front Desk Coordinator / Sales Specialist who will be the heartbeat of our salon. This role isn’t just about answering phones — it’s about sales, service, and creating unforgettable first and last impressions for every guest.
Responsibilities include greeting and checking in/out guests, upselling services, retail and gift cards. Additional responsibilities include hellping with social media posts and videos, client call backs, cleaning and maintaining the retail shelves, receiving orders and processing inventory, answering phones, booking appointments, planning attractive retail displays and creating gift cards promotions You play a vital role in coordinating the work flow of the staff and helping the salon reach its goals. Most importantly your role is to help create a positive experience for each guest’s visit.

Minimum Requirements:
Greet guests and provide a luxury front desk experience
Excellent written and verbal skills, pleasant phone manners
Create and track reports using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Basic math skills
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
Effective time management, ability to multi-task
Support team goals by driving retail + service sales
Team player
Self-motivated and ready to go above and beyond
Assist with social media content (stories, posts, reels) to showcase our brand
Supporting the company in reaching its daily, weekly, monthly goals
Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude
Learn retail products and make recommendations to clients
Attend staff meetings
Willing to lead by example, and show great work ethic
Passion and desire to work in the Salon industry
