Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Workforce Managment is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Coordinator to provide reception and administrative support. This is a temporary position with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, provide basic information.
  • Coordinate mail deliveries and manage office supply orders.
  • Schedule meetings, conferences, and maintain office calendars.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and ordering food for meetings.
  • Handle occasional errands and deliveries using personal vehicle.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform light physical tasks.
