JOB SUMMARY This position is the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and customers and directs them to the appropriate Armor contact to address their needs.  He/she provides administrative support primarily to the Human Resources team as well as to other management personnel as needed.   Responsibilities include: * Answering telephone and directing calls to appropriate Armor personnel * Greeting visitors and vendors * Providing administrative support to Human Resources * Sorting and distributing incoming mail * Running outgoing mail through postage meter * Sending employee information to Insurance agent for approval * Updating Insurance driver log * Scanning of documents as needed * Managing Employee Call In Log and sending out information to respective Supervisors daily * Being point person for reserving Corporate Vehicles use * Order Entry * Managing conference room scheduling conflicts * Managing Vendor and Front Lobby traffic * Daily cleanup of coffee station * Other duties as required by supervisor   PRINCIPAL CONTACTS INSIDE/OUTSIDE THE COMPANY This position primarily interacts with visitors, vendors, customers, the Human Resources team, and office personnel.   COMPETENCIES OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS * Effective communication skills * Strong organizational skills * Detail orientated * Effective MS Office skills * Professional, positive, and courteous demeanor * Ability to contribute to a positive work environment * Ability to handle multiple needs simultaneously (incoming visitors, telephone calls, administrative tasks) in a calm professional manner * All Armor employees are also expected to demonstrate Armor’s core values of being: * Customer-Focused * Passionate about Work * Solution-Oriented * Driven by Integrity   EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE * High School diploma or GED * Demonstrated past work experience utilizing high level of customer service skills   EQUIPMENT USED This position uses a personal computer, facsimile machine, telephone (Avaya Office Receptionist Soft Console), scanner and copier.   WORKING AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONS This position works in an indoor environment located in front corporate lobby.  It requires some walking and significant time sitting at desk working on a computer and answering telephone.
