Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to provide excellent customer care and keep our music studios running efficiently and smoothly. This role is all about creating a positive first impression, multi-tasking to manage daily communications, scheduling, and keeping the studio stocked. The ideal candidate will solve problems on the spot and make sure our teachers, students, and families feel welcomed and informed.You do not need to have a music background or be a musician, but it is incredibly helpful if you have musical experience and/or knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute opening or closing procedures according to studio checklists.
  • Greet students, parents, and visitors; conduct new student orientations.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails, text messages, and phone calls.
  • Manage the schedule and customer profiles.
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.
  • Restock instructional materials and supplies as needed.
  • Keep hallway displays and printed materials updated.
